Join Emma Bates of Courser Farm Kitchen as she demonstrates how to bake vegan and gluten-free Oatmeal Bread, Pumpkin Gingerbread Cupcakes and Chocolate Coconut Tart. The class will include discussion on egg and dairy substitutions and the variety of gluten free flours available.

Chef Todd Sweet, Spotlight Award nominated Executive Chef at the Portsmouth Brewery researched and developed dishes following the Shaker style and spirit of cooking as Chef at The Shaker Table. This cooking series class will focus on demonstration of traditional Shaker recipes from manuscripts and cookbooks. There will be a special focus on preparing a perfect pie crust. A tasting of all demonstrated recipes will follow during the Q & A.
