The Spin Shop 1795/1816

This structure was built 1795 as a one-and-a-half-story Spin Shop, originally located on the site of the present-day Sisters' Shop. The Shakers moved it to this location in 1816 and connected it to the Laundry. This building was used for ironing and laundry activities.

Today this building is open for self-guided tours.
