| Join Education Manager Kyle Sandler in the Carriage House where he will discuss “For Shakers, By Shakers: Canterbury Shaker Furniture from the Collection.” This new exhibition explores the breadth of Canterbury Shaker furniture through craftsmanship, color, design, materials, and purpose. Shaker-made furniture has long been considered emblematic of Shaker values. At the same time, these forms served as much-needed tools for communal work and living. |
