Canterbury Shaker Village offers a variety of fun and educational field trips for all ages. Field trips and school tours are available April through November. Off-season field trips can be arranged with advanced notice (weather dependent).

Each program is led by a team of knowledgeable interpreters and includes a guided exploration of the Village’s historic buildings along with a series of engaging Shaker inspired hands-on activities. Field trips are approximately two hours long. 

After the program, groups are welcome to have a picnic lunch on our beautiful grounds.
