Join us in commemorating 250 years of Shakerism in America! In early August, Canterbury Shaker Village will kick off a year-long celebration with a variety of special events. 

Some of these events include a special dedication ceremony for the 2024 Shaker Design® First-Class Stamps, a celebration of Mother Ann’s Day featuring traditional music and refreshments, a fascinating talk by Shaker scholar Darryl Thompson, a special tour delving into the early history of the village, an exclusive members’ preview of the “Keeping Faith” exhibition, and more!
